I am Hernán, a guide for those who are eager to awaken in new levels of conscience, connecting them with the greatness of life.
A human being in full conscious evolution, with a 24-year experience in organizations such as IBM, Petrobras, Grupo ASSA and Olivia Consultoría, with a career in Business Administration and different post-grade specializations in Ontological Coaching, Team Facilitation, Psych-k and Virtues Project, and taking the path for spiritual development.
My role as a "Guide" consists of promoting conscious development in human beings who work in organizations, helping them to reléase their potential from Leadership and Team Work in clients related to industries such as oil, technology, health and the public sector. Additionally, I have designed and executed cultural integration processes in Brazil and Mexico.

I am an Educator, a Lecturer and, for the last 8 years, a University Professor in Leadership Programs at the Training Center from UBA FCE (University of Buenos Aires, School of Economics). In addition, I lead open spaces for conscious evolution on a freelance basis.

Together with Grace, my wife, we have created @guiasraices, a community for guiding and accompanying people who are in this process of conscious evolution.

WHAT I DO AND WHAT I BELIEVE IN
I render Consulting services for a personal and cultural transformation in organizations interested in generating more conscious ways of working, connecting them with their main contribution space.

I am committed to accompanying the Cultural Evolution of the organizations and their staff, focusing on change management combined with spiritual development.
​
I believe in people´s evolution, I believe that human beings are able to change. I believe that each one of us is present in this world to try to transform into the best version of ourselves. The best one compared to ourselves, not to the environment, not to the others.
I believe that organizations are spaces where Win-Win-Win contexts can be generated.
Spaces where the participants can express who they are, what their personal objectives are and, as a consequence, generate a benefit, not only for the participants but for the organizations as well. If the organizations get benefits, so do their clients.

I believe that organizations have a purpose and that the economicfinancial results are part of a major purpose. I believe that all of us have the potential to realize that we can choose where to work and express who we are. Doing this consciously represents the best for us and the best for the organization.
I believe that both organizations and participants should be conscious of this. For this reason I decided to work on these two fields: with organizations for their cultural transformation and with people for their personal transformation, but in both cases
bearing in mind the same idea, constructing sense and inspiration.

I work in different ways, but mainly helping people to be conscious of who they are by developing their self-knowledge, personal knowledge, leadership, vision, causes, bonds, relationship approaches and cultural practices such as habits and behaviors

I teach people to be their own leaders so that they can be leaders of other people.
I help teams to work as a sole unit, with all their participants connected and aligned with their contribution. I accompany organizations to find those practices that can help to construct a differential culture, with a sense, to be an inspiration to others.
